Performance Evaluation of Green Supply Chain Management Based on Enhanced BSC

随着经济的不断发展,环境问题的日益恶化,公众的环保意识、环境标准的提高推动了绿色供应链管理的大力发展。文章概述了绿色供应链管理及绩效评价的内涵,在对传统的BSC深入研究的基础上,提出了增强型BSC,并在此基础上提出了绿色供应链管理绩效评价指标体系。

With the continuous development of the economy,deteriorating environmental problems,the public＇s environmental awareness,improving the environmental standards of promoting the development of green supply chain management.This article outlines the connotation of green supply chain management and performance evaluation,based on the proposed enhanced BSC,and proposed on this basis the performance evaluation index system of green supply chain management.
