摘要
首先对出现温度异常的机组进行了通风试验,测试了其运行时的实际风量;其次利用网络法计算了发电机总风量及其风量分配,并在此基础上,利用有限元法对其定子温度场进行了计算;最后分析了150MW空冷汽轮发电机在运行中出现定子铁心温度和定子线圈温度异常的原因。
Firstly, the ventilation test was performed to measure actual air flow of the unit at operation with abnormal temperature. Secondly, the total air flow of the generator and its distribution were calculated by network method. Based on it, the stator temperature field of the generator was calculated by FEM. Lastly, the reasons of abnormal temperature occurred in stator core and stator coils of 150MW air-cooled turbo-generator at operation were analyzed.
