摘要
对10 975kW和1 300kW变频异步电动机冷却结构进行剖析,分析了两种不同冷却风路对电动机绕组及铁心温度分布的影响,并从电动机的原理上阐述了采取这种冷却结构的必要性,同时还介绍了两个规格电动机的热保护方式。
This paper dissects the cooling structures of a 10975kW and a 1300kW variable-frequency induction motors, analyzes the influence of two different cooling ventilating circuits on the temperature distribution of windings and stator core, and states the necessity of adopting the cooling structures based on principle of motor. At the meantime, the thermal protection ways of the two motors are introduced also.
