高温高压屏蔽电泵螺栓的断裂失效及分析

摘要 高温高压屏蔽电泵因设计结构不合理、过程控制失效、材料规格代用、多次升降温试验后多次预紧、试验介质规定成分超标等因素,会在热态试验后发生螺栓断裂失效。结合高温高压屏蔽电泵产品实例,认识、分析引起螺栓断裂的根源,提出有效的控制措施。 The bolts of high-temperature high-pressure canned motor pump can break after thermal-state test because of the factors such as unreasonable design structure, failing control process, alternative material specification, multiple interventions after multiple heating and cooling tests and excessive component depending on experimental medium. Taking the high- temperature high-pressure canned motor pumps as actual examples, this paper proposes the effective control measures based on understanding and analysis of root cause of bolt breaking failure.
