摘要
对导水机构装配常见问题的进行了分析,给出了常规的工艺处理方案,以越南宣光水轮发电机顶盖、底环导叶轴孔超差分析处理、伊朗卡伦Ⅰ导水机构装配导叶立面间隙超差分析处理为例,论述在处理问题时,如何分析产生的原因,并采取灵活而具有针对性的处理方法,运用Excel电子表格编程推演作为辅助手段,大大提高了处理结果的准确性和效率。
This paper analyzes the common problems existing in assembly of the guiding apparatus and gives a conventional processing scheme. Taking the treatment methods of overlarge tolerances in the top cover and the bottom ring guide vane axle hole of Vietnam Xuanguang hydraulic turbine generator and in guide vane elevation clearance of Iran Karen No. 1 guiding apparatus as examples, this paper describes how the processing personnel analyzed its causes and how they applied the flexible and targeted processing methods to solve the problems. Based on the auxiliary means of excel spreadsheet programming deduction, the accuracy and efficiency of the processing results are greatly improved.
