摘要 探讨了棉花鄂棉20在大田条件下干物质积累和分配规律,初步确定了最适的钾肥水平。结果表明,棉花干物质积累量前期积累少且慢,中期增多且加快,后期增加缓慢,呈现"S"形趋势。施钾水平的提高一定程度上促进了干物质的积累;随生育期变化,生殖器官和营养器官干物质积累呈现不同变化趋势;生育前期积累中心是营养器官,从花期到吐絮成熟期积累中心逐渐转移至生殖器官;施钾提高RVR值(生殖器官与营养器官干物质比值),增加干物质积累的平均速率。综合分析认为,T2(240 kg/hm2)是最适的钾肥水平。 The effect of potassium on cotton dry matter accumulation and distribution was studied by field experiment.And the optimal potassium application amount was determined preliminarily.The results showed that the organic biomass of cotton accumulated slowly in the seedling period,quickly at the middle stage,and then slowly in the last,which showed an S-shaped curve.Raising potassium application could promote dry matter accumulation to some extent.The dry matter accumulated mostly in vegetative organs in earlier growing stage,and mostly in the reproductive organs from the flower stage to the boll stage.Potassium could enhance dry matter accumulation of cotton and extend RVR value(the ratio of reproductive and vegetative organs).240 kg/hm2 was determined as the optimal potassium level for cotton according to this experiment.
