草地早熟禾和麦冬对酸雨的抵抗能力初探 被引量:2

摘要 以草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis L.)和麦冬[Ophiopogon japonicus(Thunb.)Ker-Gawl.]为材料,通过配制二氧化硫溶液,连续15 d喷洒,来模拟酸雨环境,观察试验前后绿地质量、测定叶片中叶绿素相对含量、硫含量,以比较两种草本植物对酸雨的抵抗能力。结果表明,模拟酸雨环境后,绿地质量有一定程度的下降;但草地早熟禾叶片硫含量显著增加,麦冬叶片硫含量变化不明显;草地早熟禾的叶片叶绿素相对含量变化差异不显著,而麦冬在试验前后的叶片叶绿素相对含量变化差异显著。说明草地早熟禾对酸雨的抵抗能力强于麦冬。 In order to compare the resistance to acid rain of Poa pratensis L.and Ophiopogon japonicus(Thunb.) Ker-Gawl.,the two plants were sprayed with diluted sulphuric acid solution for 15 days to simulate acid rain.The green space quality,leaf SPAD value and leaf sulfur content of the two plants were measured before and after simulated acid rain.The results indicated that the quality of green space decreased to some degree after the simulated acid rain,the leaf sulfur content increased significantly in P.pratensis;but no significant difference in O.japonicus before and after simulated acid rain was detected.However,the leaf SPAD value was significantly different in O.japonicus,but not significantly different in P.pratensis before and after simulated acid rain.
