冀西北地区退耕后主导产业选择的实证分析

Study on the Leading Industries after Abandoned in Northwest of Hebei Province

基于冀西北地区地理位置特殊性与生态脆弱的区域特征,分析了该区种植业内部结构,并利用综合比较优势指数法测算该区主要农作物的综合优势指数。结果表明,在该区所有农作物中,燕麦的综合优势指数AAI最高,而且资源条件也为该区燕麦产业的发展提供了可能。因此,提出了燕麦可作为研究区退耕后的主导产业来培育和发展、推进燕麦信息网络发展和加强燕麦生产基础学科研究等建议。

Based on the characteristics of location specificity and eco-fragile region in northwest of Hebei,the internal structure of farming and measured general advantages by index measured to Aggregated Advantage Indices of main crops were analyzed.The result showed that aggregated advantage index of oats was the highest,and resource conditions provided development possibilities for oats industry in the area.So oats was the leading industry to nurture and develop after abandoned.Some suggestions for oats industry were as follows： The government should optimize the areas to improve yields,increase financial support for agriculture,information network to promote the development of oat,and increase basal subject of oat study.
