摘要 以甲苯为原料,HBr/H2O2为氧化溴化试剂,研究了甲苯的氧化溴化,对反应的温度、催化剂、配比、过氧化氢浓度及光照等参数进行了优化.较优的反应条件:n(HBr):n(H2O2)=1:1,60 W白炽灯光照下室温反应10 h,得主要产物苄溴的收率为69.9%,氧化产物苯甲醛为1.3%.该方法具有高的溴原子利用率和污染小等特点. The novel method of oxidative bromination of toluene,using toluene as raw material,HBr/H2O2 as bromination agent and diatomite as catalyst was developed.Effects of the reation temperature,catalyst,molar ratio and concentration of H2O2 on the yield were investigated.The optimal conditions showed that n(HBr)∶n(H2O2)=1∶1,at room temperature react 10 h,the yield of benzyl bromide was 69.9%,benzaldehyde was 1.3%.This approach is advantages of high bromine utilization efficiency and less pollution.
