摘要
介绍了双边装配线以及双边装配线平衡问题的概念;阐述了并发操作的概念,以及在双边装配线上存在的并发操作情况;分析了并发操作对双边装配线平衡问题产生的重要性以及复杂性;指出前人对双边装配线平衡问题研究的不足,并在此基础上,追加考虑并发操作影响,建立了具有并发操作的双边装配线平衡模型;介于遗传算法全局搜索能力强、具有潜在的并行性、允许使用复杂的适应度函数等优点,采用遗传算法研究了具有并发操作的双边装配线平衡模型的求解过程,并给出了详细的求解步骤;最后,将研究成果应用于某企业冰箱装配线,实例证明了模型及其算法的有效性.
The concept of two sided assembly line and its balancing problem is introduced and the concept of concurrent operation is described,and its situation which is existed on two sided assembly line is also explained.Then the importance and the complexity which is concurrent operation on two sided assembly line balancing problem is analyzed and the lack of the predecessors' researches on two sided assembly line balancing problem is pointed out,based on which a two sided assembly line with concurrent operation balancing model is built considering the impact of concurrent operation.Since genetic algorithm has the advantages of strong global search ability,potential parallelism and allows to use a complex fitness function,it is used to solve two sided assembly line with concurrent operation balancing model,where the solving steps are given in detail.Finally the research results is applied on a company refrigerator assembly line,which proves the effectiveness of model and its algorithm.
