摘要
重型机械加工车间中大型物料搬运占用时间长,制定调度方案不能单纯考虑生产设备,生产设备和物流设备安排不合理,容易出现停工等待.为解决重型机械加工车间多种物流设备和生产设备协调调度问题,分析了该类车间物流和生产特点,提出运用带有阻塞属性的混合流水车间调度问题的建模方法,构建该类车间物流协调调度问题的数学模型,并运用遗传算法对数学模型进行求解.最后针对某电信通信塔制造厂实例,运用该方法,结果得到车间天车、车辆以及生产设备的物流协调调度方案,使得该方案的所有工件最大完成时间较原方案小,并通过离散时间动态仿真方法验证了所建立数学模型以及求解方法有效.
It takes a long time to move huge parts in the heavy-duty mechanical department and the schedule only considering production facilities is not adequate.Therefore,the hybrid flow shop problem with blocking(HFS-B)is introduced to analyze the various logistics and production facilities coordination scheduling problem in the heavy-duty mechanical department.A mathematical model of the problem is built up and optimization process of scheduling problem is carried out based on genetic algorithm.A project example is presented and its optimization scheme is obtained for the logistics and facilities coordination scheduling problem,concerning cranes,vehicles and manufacturing facilities.Finally,it is concluded from the simulation results that the method is effective.
