胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭伴快速房颤的疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Amiodarone Combined with Metoprolol in Patients with Congestive Heart Failure and Atrial Fibrillation

目的:研讨胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭伴快速心房颤动的疗效。方法:将我院2004-2009年收治的慢性心衰(排除原发性瓣膜病变)伴快速房颤患者84例随机分为两组:胺碘酮联合美托洛尔组(治疗组40例)与胺碘酮组(对照组44例),治疗3个月,观察两组心律失常好转情况及心功能改善情况。结果:治疗组抗心律失常有效率及心功能改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心衰并快速房颤,既能有效控制心室率,使部分患者转变为窦性心律,又能显著改善心功能。

Objective：To discuss the effects of amiodarone and metoprolol in patients with congestive heart failure and atrial fibrillation outcomes.Methods：From 2004 to 2009 84 cases admitted to our hospital for chronic heart failure（excluding primary valve disease）with rapid atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into two groups：the amiodarone combined with metoprolol group（treatment group of 40 cases）with amiodarone group（the control group of 44 cases）.After three months of treatment,we observed improvement of cardiac arrhythmias and cardiac function in the two groups to improve the situation.Results：Treatment group of antiarrhythmic efficiency and improving heart function were better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of amiodarone and metoprolol in patients with chronic heart failure and atrial fibrillation,which can effectively control heart rate,can be converted to sinus rhythm in patients with partial and significantly improved heart function.
