复方风湿宁注射液活血化瘀作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on Blood-activating and Stasis-removing Action of Compound Fengshining Injection

【目的】观察复方风湿宁注射液的活血化瘀作用。【方法】采用肾上腺素+冰浴法复制大、小鼠的的急性血瘀证模型,检测复方风湿宁注射液对大鼠血液流变学指标及小鼠耳廓微循环的影响。【结果】复方风湿宁注射液可改善模型大鼠的一般血瘀症状,降低全血粘度、血浆粘度及红细胞压积,与模型对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);可加快血瘀证小鼠耳廓血管的血液流速,与模型对照组比较差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。【结论】复方风湿宁注射液具有一定的活血化瘀、改善微循环的作用。

Objective To study the blood-activating and stasis-removing action of Compound Fengshining Injection（CFI）.Methods Rats and mice models of acute blood stasis were induced by adrenaline and ice bath.The effects of CFI on blood hemorheology in rats and on auricular microcirculation in mice were observed.Results CFI relieved the blood-stasis symptoms,and decreased whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit in model rats（P0.05 or P0.01 compared with those in the model group）.CFI also promoted auricular blood flow in blood-stasis mice（P0.05 compared with those in the model group）.Conclusion CFI shows certain actions of activating blood and removing blood-stasis,and can improve the microcirculation.
