摘要
【目的】探讨安寐汤改善睡眠的作用机制。【方法】采用库仑阵列电化学高效液相色谱法测定对氯苯丙氨酸(PCPA)化失眠大鼠脑组织5-羟色胺(5-HT)、5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)的含量。【结果】安寐汤可以显著升高失眠大鼠脑内5-HT、5-HIAA含量。【结论】安寐汤改善大鼠睡眠的作用可能与其影响脑内单胺类神经递质5-HT、5-HIAA的含量有关。
Objective To explore the mechanism of Anmei Decoction for the treatment of insomnia.Methods High performance liquid chromatography with electro-chemical detection(HPLC-EC) method was adopted to detect the content of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid(5-HIAA) in the brain of insomnia rats.The experimental model of insomnia was induced by p-chlorophenylalanine(PCPA).Results Anmei Decoction could significantly improve the cerebral content of 5-HT and 5-HIAA in insomnia rats.Conclusion The therapeutic mechanism of Anmei Decoction for improving sleep is probably related with the increase of cerebral 5-HT and 5-HIAA content in insomnia rats.
