FQ-RT-PCR检测胃癌腹腔冲洗液沉渣CK20 mRNA的临床意义

摘要 目的评估实时荧光定量逆转录聚合酶链式反应(FQ-RT-PCR)方法检测胃癌腹腔冲洗液沉渣中CK20mRNA的表达,探讨其对预测胃癌腹膜微转移的临床意义。方法回顾性分析42例胃癌和12例胃良性病变患者腹腔冲洗液沉渣及临床病理资料。结果胃癌CK20 mRNA的阳性检出率为61.9%,明显高于腹腔冲洗液细胞学(PLC)的19.0%(<0.05),且PLC检查阳性的8例患者CK20 mRNA检测结果均为阳性;且CK20mRNA的检测阳性率与浆膜浸润与否、胃癌浸润深度、组织学分化程度、淋巴结转移情况及病期进展有关(<0.05)。胃良性病变两项检查结果均为阴性。结论 FQ-RT-PCR检测胃癌腹腔冲洗液沉渣中CK20 mRNA,可提高检测腹腔游离癌细胞的灵敏性,适用于预测胃癌患者腹膜微转移,有助于指导术后治疗及判断预后。
