在健康体检中应用胸部CT低剂量扫描 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨在健康体检人群中应用16层螺旋CT机行胸部低剂量扫描的一种方法。方法选取在同一台CT机上采用100mAs预设管电流的常规参数做过胸部CT检查的健康体检者50例,以25mAs为预设管电流低剂量再次扫描,除管电流外,其他参数不变,对比两次平均CT剂量指数(CTDIvol)、图像质量。结果 50例都完成了25mAs预设管电流的扫描,与以往100mAs为预设电流的常规扫描相比,CTDIvol平均可降低77%,图像质量差异无统计学意义。结论在16排螺旋CT机上以25mAs为预设管电流做胸部CT健康体检,可以显著降低体检者受照剂量并能够保证图像质量。
