文化视野下的古村落保护与可持续发展研究——以宁海前童古村落为例

On Protection of Old Villages and Their Sustainable Development from the Cultural Perspectives— A Case Study of Qiantong Old Village

古村落是文化遗产体系中的一种重要类型,有着重要的历史、艺术及科学价值。文章以宁海前童古村落为例,立足于文化价值分析及可持续发展的保护与研究,针对当前古村落开发中存在的问题,结合旅游开发、生态安全等方面分析前童古镇可持续发展的前提、动力、制约因素与可利用的基本对策,大力挖掘传统文化资源。在总结古村落基本特征的基础上,提出体现古村落保护与发展协调的整体构思和规划方法,通过功能转换、环境更新、旅游开发等促进古村落的更新发展,实现其文化价值的推陈出新。

Old village and hamlet,as an important form of cultural heritage system,is the result of human wisdom and natural environment.It is playing an important role in the field of history,art and science.This paper studies Qiantong old village in Ninghai and probes into the cultural value as well as the protection and the research of the sustainable development of the village.It focuses on the problems caused by modern development and analyses the premise,driving force,restraints and available solutions by combining the factor of tourism development and sociological security in the village.In the end,based on a summary of the characteristics of the village,this paper puts forward an integrated solution of the protection and coordinated development.
