摘要
[目的]通过调查山东省17家地市医院护士相关情况,分析山东省护理人员工资收入、社会保障情况、学习和培训情况、护理受重视程度和护理人员转行意愿等因素,了解护理队伍的现状。[方法]采用随机抽样的方式,抽取山东省部分医院不同科室的259名护士进行问卷调查。[结果]山东省不同劳动合同护士收入存在差异,大量合同制、临时护士的存在,部分护理人员无社会保障,护士转行意愿较强烈等。[结论]针对护理队伍建设的新情况,应及时制定稳定和加强护理队伍建设的政策和措施。
Objective Analyze the salary, social security, studying, training situations visibility and switch career of nurses in Shandong province through investigate the relevance situations of nurses in 17 prefectures of Shandong province. Methods Adopt the methods of random sampling, and chooses 259 nurses from different departments of some hospitals in Shandong province to do questionnaire survey. Results There is difference in salary income of different labor contract nurses in Shandong. Lots of contract and temporary nurses are still exist. The hospitals pay less attention to the nurses. Some nurses don't have social security, so they have strong willing of switching career. Conclusions According to the new situations of nurse troop, new policies and measures should be formulated in time in order to strengthening the construction of nurse troop.
