对提高装卸作业效率的思考

Thoughts on Increasing Efficiency of Loading Operation

针对目前装卸作业存在的装卸生产组织管理有待加强、装卸设备较落后、货物集装化运输比重低、装卸劳动力资源缺乏、货运作业组织适应性不强等问题,提出提高装卸作业效率的建议:建立统一高效的装卸生产组织管理体制,加快更新装卸机械及属索具,大力发展集装化运输,加强装卸作业队伍建设和管理,改进货运组织方式促进装卸车效率提高等建议。

Aiming to the problems existing in loading operation, such as the deficient management of loading production organization, disadvantage of loading equipments, low proportion of freight container transport, lacking of loading labor resource, and weak adaptability of freight operation organization, this paper puts forward suggestions on increasing loading operation efficiency, such as establishing unified and high-efficient management system for loading and production organization, accelerating the renovations of loading machines and gigging, developing containerized transport, strengthening establishment and management of loading operation team and improving freight organization mode as to increasing efficiency of loading cars.
