摘要
针对路面养护设备中能源消耗大的沥青拌合设备进行能耗分析研究,以能源消耗为因变量,分别以骨料含水量、出料温度、环境温度、环境湿度及油石比为自变量,构建了燃煤型和煤转气型沥青拌合设备多元线形回归统计模型.研究结果表明,采用煤转气技术具有良好的节能效果;根据回归模型可判断各影响因素的性质,能针对性地采取合理的降耗措施指导生产,从而为新技术的采用和推广提供理论依据.
An energy consumption research was conducted for asphaltic mixing plant, which is the device of hugest energy consumption in the pavement's maintenance. Taking coal consumption as dependent variable, and taking relative factors of energy consumption including moisture content of aggregate, temperature of production, environmental temperature, environment humidity, bitumen-aggregate ratio as independent variables, multiple linear regression model was constituted respectively for coal type coalas type and asphalt mixing plant. Coal-gas technology for asphaltic mixing plant can save energy effectively. The research sylt, in show. Besides, the properties of relative factors can be judged in terms of the linear regression, by which some reasonable approaches can be taken as a guidance for the construction,theoretical support can be offered for new apparatus' usage and popularization.
