摘要 为了确定重大交通事故下信息发布的空间范围,采用交通波理论,考虑出、入口流量的影响,建立事故状态下交通波分析模型,得到交通事故的基本影响范围;基于提示信息对交通流的影响,以饱和状态为临界标准,确定了所需发布提示信息的范围;分析在实施入口限流和出口分流措施后交通波与事故波的运行性质,根据分流路径上等效的通行能力确定各个出口的最大分流量,得到分流信息的发布范围.研究结果显示:分流后事故影响范围减小了78%. In order to ascertain the spatial extent of information distribution, a traffic flow analysis model in accident is established based on traffic wave theory. On the basis of prompt information effects on traffic flow, the distribution extent of prompt information is confirmed as saturated state for critical criteria. By considering the influence of onramp and off-ramp traffic flow, the basic influence extent of traffic accident is obtained. Operation property of traffic wave and accident wave is calculated after flow-limited and diversion measures are applied to on-ramp and off-ramp separately. According to equivalent capacity on diversion path and diversion efficiency on every off-ramp, the diversion maximum of all off-ramp and distribution extent of diversion information is ensured. All the results show that the extent of accident can be reduced by 78 percent after diversion.
