摘要
介绍跑气保用轮胎胎侧支撑胶配方的设计与应用情况。结果表明:胎侧支撑胶配方应主要围绕高硬度、高定伸、低生热和耐高温等性能进行设计;硫化体系是支撑胶配方的重要影响因素,选择合适的硫化体系可以明显改善支撑胶的支撑效果。
Design and application of self-supporting rubber for run-flat tire were introduced.The results showed that,the design of self-supporting rubber should mainly target at high hardness,high modulus,low heat build-up,high temperature resistance and so on.The vulcanization system was important and the optimized vulcanization system could improve the supporting performance signifi-cantly.
