摘要
对11.00R20 18PR全钢载重子午线轮胎骨架材料进行优选。确定胎体采用0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线,1#和2#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,钢丝圈结构为7-8-9-10-9-8-7。优化轮胎的性能符合使用要求,轮胎质量减小,生产成本降低。
The reinforcement materials of 11.00R20 18PR TBR tire were optimized.The optimization design was as follows:0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord for carcass ply,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belts,5×0.30HI steel cord for 3# belt,and 7-8-9-10-9-8-7 structure for bead wires.The optimized tire met service requirements,and the tire weight and production cost were reduced.
