摘要
利用金相显微技术和示差扫描量热法研究了合金成分对Ni-Fe-Ga铁磁形状记忆合金马氏体相变的影响,用X射线衍射方法分析了马氏体的结构类型.研究发现,Ni代替Fe显著提高合金的马氏体相变温度,每1%Ni可以使合金马氏体相变温度提高约40 K.X射线衍射表明Ni73.5-yFeyGa26.5合金773K真空退火后都只出现4M型晶体结构的马氏体.
The effects of the chemical composition on the martensitic tranformation of Ni-Fe-Ga alloys were investigated by optical micrography,and differential scanning calorimeter methods.The structure type of martensitic phase was determined by X-ray diffraction.The results show that martensitic transformation temperatures increase quickly by the substitute of Ni for Fe element in Ni-Fe-Ga alloys.An approximately sharp increase was found in the order of ~40 ℃ atomic percent for Ni substitution for Fe.XRD patterns show that only 4M type of martensitic phases of Ni73.5-yFeyGa26.5 alloys appeared in bulk samples annealed at 773 K.
