摘要 对偶氮胂Ⅲ分光光度法测定稀土元素钆进行了条件优化实验,其中控制显色剂用量是提高测定准确度的关键.在显色溶液中加入无水乙醇以及采用双波长光度法可有效提高测定灵敏度.该实验项目已取代传统的光度分析实验,成为实验教学与实际应用相结合的典范. Rare earth element of gadolinium was determined using arsenazo Ⅲ as the chromogenic agent by spectrometry.Series of optimization experiments show that the amount of chromogenic agent in solution plays essential role.Sensitivity can be effectively improved by adding absolute alcohol together with the application of dual-wavelength spectrometry.The improved method has been included in curriculum of analytical chemistry experiment by replacing conventional experiment and becomes a pilot project aiming combination of experimental teaching with practical application.
