受体牛移植后再次放栓对妊娠率的影响

摘要 本试验采用对移植后的受体牛再次阴道内放入本牛用过的CIDR(孕酮阴道栓)的方法,对妊娠率进行对比研究。结果表明:再次放栓组妊娠率(育成牛63.64%和经产牛60.98%)略高于未再次放栓组(育成牛53.66%和经产牛53.85%),但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
