摘要
20世纪70年代以来,随着二语习得及外语教学研究的重点从教学方法的研究转向学习过程的研究,对学习者的个人情感因素中关键变量之一的外语课堂焦虑的研究也越来越受到研究者们的重视。外语课堂焦虑作为一种情感过滤因素,极大地影响着英语学习。为此,首先对外语课堂焦虑研究进行了回顾,继而分析了网络多媒体环境下外语课堂焦虑的来源,最后提出从改革教学评价体系、转变教师角色、培养元认知策略、利用网络多媒体创设教学情境等方面来减轻和控制网络多媒体环境下的外语课堂焦虑,从而促进网络多媒体环境下的外语课堂学习成效。
Since the 1970s,the focus in English teaching and SLA has been shifted from teaching methods to the learning process.The foreign language classroom anxiety,as one of the key affective variables,has gained increasing attention.Foreign language classroom anxiety is an affective filter,which hinders the achievement of language learners.The present paper firstly provides a literature review concerning the research of foreign language classroom anxiety.Then this paper analyzes the sources of foreign language classroom anxiety in Network and Multi-media environment and discusses the coping strategies in the hope of reducing the foreign language classroom anxiety and thus maximize the effects of English teaching in network and multi-media environment.
