摘要
目的为了发现新鲜血对癌细胞的快速自然免疫反应性。方法采用癌细胞加入新鲜血中37℃孵育30min。结果发现血细胞（包括红细胞和白细胞）粘附到癌细胞上，形成花环状，恶性肿瘤患者血细胞（主要细胞为红细胞）粘附到癌细胞形成花环率明显低于正常人。结论这些结果表明新鲜血液对癌细胞有快速自然免疫反应性。
Objective To find fresh blood quick natire immune reaction on cancer cells. Methods Used cancer cells adding in fresh anticoagulative blood to incubation at 37℃ for 30 minutes. Rsults We have find blood cells (including red cell and leucocyte)adhereing to cancer cell. In the patients with malignancy, rose rate of blood cells (main cells: red cells)adhereing to cancer cell was significantly lower than that in normal people. Conclusion These results suggest that in fresh blood , there is quick native immune reaction to cancer cells.[
