Common Problems in Abstract Writing Submitted to Social Science Journal and Solutions

摘要是论文的精华所在,是对论文所做的扼要概述,应能客观反映论文的主要内容信息。根据学报(社科版)2007—2010年的投稿情况,分析发现投稿在摘要写作方面主要存在摘要像引言或与引言重复;出现"本人""我们""作者""本文""笔者"作为陈述主语;摘要写作中不乏评价性语言过于简单,没有涵盖文章中心内容,读者无法了解全文信息等问题。因此,应高度重视摘要写作规范,遵循科技论文写作的国家标准和规范要求及不定期开设规范化专题讲座等,使作者写出可供发表的规范化文稿。

Abstract, as the essence of the paper, gives a brief summary of the paper, objectively reflects the main content. Based on the analysis of 2007 - 2010 journal papers contributed （Social Science Edition）, it has been found that many problems exist in abstract writing, such as： abstract seems like either introduction or repetition of introduction, assertive subjects like ＂I＂, ＂we＂, ＂author＂, ＂ this article＂, ＂writer＂ are used, simple comments are made, the abstract doesnt cover the main content of the paper so that readers get an incomplete understanding of the whole paper. Therefore, much more attention should be paid to abstract writing, nation norms and specifications should be followed, thematic lectures should be offered from time to time so that standardized papers can be published.
