Interpersonal function is the speaker＇ potential meaning as an intervener. It is also the language participation function, which can affect others＇attitudes and behavior. In Teacher Action Research, IRF is the system that promotes the communication between teachers and students. The teacher~ negative feedback of IRF series plays the most important part in foreign language teaching.
