两种类型人工晶状体植入对眼内组织影响的实验研究

Experimental study on comparing of two types intraocular lens im-plantation

目的 探讨白内障术中晶状体后囊破裂时植入两种类型人工晶状体(IOL)对眼内组织的不同影响.方法 家兔30只随机分成两组,分别行后房型和前房型(PC&AC)人工晶状体,术后观察角膜内皮细胞(CE)、血一房水屏障(BAB)及眼内组织切片电镜下所见.结果 (1)术后1周CE密度两组间无显著差异(P>0.05).(2)术后1月前段荧光素血管造影PC组前房渗漏(++～++++),AC组(++～+++).(3)组织学检查PC组睫状上皮增生,线粒体肿胀血管扩张.结论 两组间CE变化和BAB检查差异不显著.

To evaluate the effect on intraocular tissue after two types of intraocular lens implantation in the absence of an intact posterior capsule. Methods Bilateral eyes were operated on 30 rabbits (ECCE + AC-IOL and cilliary sulcus fixation+PC-IOL)with the broken capsule. Rabbits were divided into two groups in a randomized fashion. Changes of corneal endothelium were observed after 1 week, function of blood - aqueous barrier were evaluated after 1 month. All of eyes in two groups were enucleated 3-6 months after operation, the method of pathology,transmission electron microscope(TEM). Results Comeal endothelium density in PC group was 1714.52±289.10, CV%:50.12±12.01.AC group:2213.23±224.06,CV%:32.64±4.15 after 1 week postoperation,there was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05) .With the method of anterior segment FFA, Fluorescein leakage (++-+++)in anterior chamber after 1 month postoperation was observed in PC group,Fluorescein leakage(+-++) was observed in AC group.Fluorescein leakage(+-++) was observed in AC group, There were ciliary epithelium hyperplasia, dilated vasculum and mitochondria swollen,degeneration,a lot of bullae in cytoplasm (PC group) . Conclusions There were no significant difference between two groups through the check of corneal endothelium microscope, anterior segment FFA,LM and TEM.
