钛酸钾晶须增强聚苯醚复合材料摩擦学性能 被引量:2

Preparation of potassium titanate whisker reinforced PPO composite and its tribology property

摘要 采用熔融共混—传递模压成型方法制备了不同含量钛酸钾晶须(PTW)填充聚苯醚(PPO)共混物,在立式万能磨损试验机上进行摩擦磨损试验,利用扫描电镜观察了磨损表面以探讨材料的磨损机理.研究结果表明,经钛酸钾晶须填充的PPO共混物磨损量有所降低,但摩擦系数随PTW含量增加呈上升趋势,其最佳添加量为10(wt.)%左右.PPO共混物的磨损机制随着PTW含量的增加,从以粘着磨损为主转变为以磨粒磨损为主. Polyphenylene Oxide(PPO) blend with different contents of PTW were prepared by the melting mixture and transfer compression molding. Friction and wear tests were performed on the vertical type tribometer. And the worn surface was observed by a scanning electron microscope. The wear mechanism was also analyzed. Results show that the wear loss of the PPO blend filled with PTW has been decreased. But the friction coefficient of the PPO blend was enhanced with the increasement of PTW content, and the best content is of 10 MPTW in weight for the good tribology performance blend. The wear mechanism of the composites, which could be closely related to the content of PTW, gradually changed from adhesive wear to particle abrasion with the addition of PTW.
