摘要
表面上,教育行政化主要表现为学校的行政级别问题;实质上,教育行政化是指行政权力对教育的过度干预,表现为教育目标、教育理念和教育管理模式的行政化。行政化是中国教育现代化的主要障碍,去行政化是中国教育发展的主要趋势,但受体制、观念的影响,中国教育去行政化还任重道远。
On the surface, administrativization of education is reflected in the administrative scale of the school, but in essence, it refers to the excessive interference from administration, which is embodied by the administrativization of the educational aim, philosophy and management. Administrativization is the main ob- stacle to the modernization of China's education, and deadministrativization is the main trend in its develop- ment. However, there is still a long way to go in deadministrativization of education in China because of the traditional system and ideas.
