摘要
目的 探讨PRK术后角膜地形图前表面曲率变化(X)与临床屈光度变化(Y)的关系.方法 对92例144眼经PRK治疗的患者术前及术后6月以上行角膜地形图及验光检查.结果 X与Y关系数学模式为Y=1.3746X+0.6506,相关系数r为0.8165,P<0.001.结论 PRK术后角膜地形图前表面曲率变化与临床屈光度变化有高度相关关系,明确其关系,对判断术后矫正量,防止屈光回退有一定的指导意义.
To evaluate the relation between corneal refractive changes of topography and clinical refractive changes after photorefractive keratectomy(PRK). Methods For 144 eyes (92cases) with myopia, corneal topography and clinical refraction was examined preoperatively and over 6 months postoperatively. Results There was correlation between the corneal refractive reduction and the clinical refractive reduction. r=0.8165,P<0.001,Y=1.3746X+0.6506(Y:clinical refractive reduction, X: corneal refractive reduction) . Conclusion There was correlation between the corneal refractive reduction and the clinical refractive reduction, the comeal refractive reduction showed by topography was much less than the clinical refractive reduction. It is useful in indicating the clinical refractive reduction by the topographic changes. It is helpful in preventing of the regression.
