边疆民族地区大学生“村官”工作状况与思想心态——对云南农村干部学院大学生“村官”学员的调查与分析

The Work and Psychology of the College-student "Village Leaders" in the Minority Borderland:A Case Study of the College-student "Village Leaders" from Yunnan Rural Leader-training College

对云南农村干部学院大学生"村官"学员的调查和分析表明,云南省选聘到全省各地任职的大学生"村官",无论具体担任何种职务,都能认真地履行自己的职责,在做好自己所担负的村"两委"日常工作事务的同时,积极参与完成好新农村建设和农村经济社会发展中的各项重要工作。在服务农民、建设农村的具体实践中,大学生"村官"们不仅与当地干部群众建立了密切融洽的关系,加深了对农民群众的真挚感情,而且通过基层的实践和锻炼,加深了对国情、农情的深刻认识,提高了做好农业农村工作的实际本领和能力,成为农村基层干部队伍的重要组成部分,成为推进边疆民族地区社会主义新农村建设的重要力量。同时,针对大学生"村官"们反映的一些问题和意见,建议各级党委、政府为大学生"村官"今后更好地履职尽责、发挥作用以及不断成长发展创造更好的政策环境和保障条件。

This is a case study of the work and psychology of the college-student ＂village leaders＂ from Yunnan Rural Leader-training College working in the minority borderland of Yunnan Province.The study reveals that these college-student ＂village leaders＂ were responsible and devoted to whatever they are required to do.They could usually have a good relationship with the local farmers and leaders.Their work could help them have a better understanding of the rural areas of China and encourage them to do their work better.Their work has proved that they could play an important role in the grass-roots institutions and are an important force in the construction of our new socialist countryside in the minority borderland.It is suggested that the governments at all levels provide favorable policies and conditions for helping such college-student ＂village leaders＂ work better in the future.
