摘要
本文回顾了1965年以来的香港公共交通发展与运输政策演进历史,分别从探索中的缓慢发展阶段,转型期的理性扩张阶段和面向未来的精明增长阶段对这一过程进行解读;揭示了香港公共交通发展与运输政策经历了从"供给导向"到"需求管理"和从单一目标到系统性解决途径的发展历程;进而讨论了对内地特大城市交通发展的借鉴意义。
This article reviews the evolution of transportation policy and public transport development in Hong Kong since 1965,and interprets the evolution in three chronological phases respectively,namely,exploring phase,rational expansionary phase,and smart growth phase.It concludes that the development paradigm of tranportation policy and public transport has come through the process from supply-oriented to demand management,as well as mono-goal to systematic solution,and then suggests that the megalopolitan transportation development in Chinese mainland should draw on the experience of Hong Kong.
