白内障超声乳化不同巩膜隧道切口的临床观察

Clinical study of phacoemulisification scleral tunnal incision

目的 为探讨白内障超声乳化术最佳的巩膜隧道切口.方法 97例白内障用反眉形、眉形和平行三种巩膜隧道切口进行手术,并用力学原理探讨三种切日与愈合的关系.结果反眉形与眉形和反眉形与平行切口愈合的比分别为:X^2=42.29(P<0.01)和X^2=58.41(P<0.01),两组间有显著性差异.结论 反眉形比眉形及平行切口愈合快,是最佳的巩膜隧道切口.

Obtain experiences that might evaluate scleral tunnal incision of phacoemulisification.Methods Inversion frown,frown and parallel shaped scleral tunnal incisions were performed on 97 eyes of 97 cataract patients. Three types of incision and their healing were studied with the principle of mechanics. Results Inversion frown was compared with frown and paralled shaped scleral tunnal invisions. x2-42.29(P< 0.01) and x2=58.419(P<0.01). All these differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Inversion frown is better than frown and parallel shaped scleral tunnal incisions. It is the most effective method.
