人工晶状体植入术后前膜形成的临床分析

A clinical analysis about the front membrane formation after poste-rior chamber intraocular lens implantation

目的 探讨白内障人工晶状体术后前膜形成的因素、治疗及预后.方法 统计前膜发生的眼数、程度、前膜与白内障的类型及与患者年龄的关系.结果 592例中38例形成人工晶状体前膜,发生率6.4%.经皮质类固醇局部及全身应用,加强散瞳,35例前膜自行吸收,3例经手术取出前膜.结论 人工晶状体前膜的发生与白内障的种类、患者的年龄、手术技巧等因素有关.术后加强局部及全身皮质类固醇的应用可减少这一并发症的发生.

To discuss the factors of the front membrane formation, therapeutic methods and p rognosis after extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE) with posterior chamber intraocular lens (PCIOL) implantation. Methods 592 cases of ECCE with PCIOL implantation were analyzed statistically and determined the eyes of the front membrane formation by its degree, the front membrane formation in relation to the kinds of the cataract and patient age. Results 38 case of 592 formed the front membrane (6.4% ) ,35 cases of the front membrane formation were absorbed by intravenous injection and conjunctive sac with corticosteroid in combination with cycloplegia agent,while the other cases of the front membrane were surgically extracted. Conclusions The front membrane formation of IOL is associated with kinds of cataract, patients age and surgical skill. Using corticosteroid can reduce the front membrane formation.
