摘要
目的 分析白内障超声乳化术后低视力的原因.方法 统计白内障超声乳化术214例233眼术后3月时矫正视力及眼部检查情况.结果 43眼视力低于0.3(18.45%),其中超声乳化手术并发症17眼,白内障患者眼部原有的并发症13眼,两者同时存在13眼.结论 根据超声乳化术的特点,合理选择病例,减少手术并发症和提高处理的能力外,应重视白内障患者眼部原有的并发症的诊断和治疗.
To analyse the causes of low vision. Method 214 cases (233 eyes) were operated by phacoemulsification. Results After operation the corrected vision in 42 cases (43 eyes, 18.45%) were < 0.3 at the time of 3-month.The complicalion by phacoemulsification occurred in 16 cases (17 eyes), cataract complication on eye was in 13 cases (13 eyes) , both complications were in 13 cases (13 eyes) . Conclusion It suggested that we may select suitable cases, decrease complications and raise the ability of managements. Besides, the diagnosis and treatment for patients with cataract complications on eye should be paid more attention to.
