Effect of VEGF-D in the Process of Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma Lymph Metastasis

目的通过对食管鳞癌组织及正常组织中VEGF-DmRNA的检测,探讨VEGF-D在食管鳞癌中表达与淋巴结转移的关系。方法对52例食管鳞癌癌组织和20例正常食管组织中VEGF-D的表达情况行逆转录多聚酶链反应技术(Reverse Tran-scription Polymerase Chain Reaction,RT-PCR)检测并分析其与食管鳞癌临床病理指标的关系。结果正常食管组织20例中VEGF-D低表达呈阴性结果,52例食管鳞癌组织中32例(61.5%)VEGF-DmRNA阳性表达。VEGF-DmRNA的表达与食管鳞癌的淋巴结转移及浸润深度显著相关(χ2=15.333,P<0.01;χ2=25.646,P<0.05)。结论 VEGF-D表达与食管鳞癌进展程度关系密切。

Objective By means of detecting the expression of VEGF-DmRNA in the tissue of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,to investigate the relationship of VEGF-D with the process of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma lymph metastasis.Methods The VEGF-D levels in 52 carcinoma tissues and 20 normal tissues of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients were detected with reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR）,then the law was analyzed.Results VEGF-D mRNA was negatively expressed in the normol esophageal tissue,while the positive expression rate of VEGF-D mRNA in the tissue of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was 32/52（61.5%）.The expression of VEGF-D mRNA was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis（χ ^2 = 15.333,P 0.01）,and sig-nificantly associated with the depth of tumor invasion（χ ^2 = 25.646,P 0.05）.Conclusions VEGF-D expression is closely related to the pro-cess of esophageal carcinoma lymphatic metastasis.
