急性冠脉综合症病变严重程度与血浆D-二聚体、NT-proBNP水平的相关性研究 被引量:6

Study on the Correlation of the Severity of Acute Coronary Syndrome Lesions and the Levels of Plasma D-dimer and N-terminal pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide

摘要 目的探讨D-二聚体水平与N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者外周血中的变化,为二者在急性冠脉综合征早期诊断中的应用提供依据。方法选择80例入院检查治疗患者,其中ACS患者60例,对照组20例。所有研究对象于入院时即刻抽静脉血行常规检查以及血浆D-二聚体、NT-proBNP检测,统计学分析血浆D-二聚体与NT-proBNP两者间的相关性。结果血浆D-二聚体、NT-proBNP水平在ACS发生时明显升高(P<0.01),两者间明显正相关(r=0.686,P<0.01)。结论 ACS患者血浆D-二聚体水平与NT-proBNP水平密切相关,联合检测血浆D-二聚体和NT-proBNP在急性冠脉综合征的早期诊断中具有潜在的应用价值。 Objective To explore the correlation between the levels of D-dimer and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in plasma of acute coronary syndrome (ACS), and provide the basis for application of them in early diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome. Methods 80 patients who were hospitalized for examination and therapy were selected for study. Among these patients, 60 patients for ACS and 20 patients for control. All research objects were phlebotomized for routine program, D-dimer and NT-proBNP determination. The correlation between the levels of plasma D-dimer and NT-proBNP in plasma was analyzed by statistical test. Results The levels of plasma D-dimer, NT-proBNP were significantly higher in the event ofACS (P〈0.01), and there was significantly positive correlation with each other (r = 0.686, P〈0.01). Conclusion The plasma D-dimer levels in ACS patients are closely related to NT-proBNP levels. Combination detection of the plasma D-dimer and NT-proBNP may have the potential value for early diagnosis of ACS.
