九味肝泰胶囊与阿德福韦酯片联合治疗乙型肝炎后早期肝硬化的疗效分析

Effect Analysis of Jiuwei Gantai Capsules and Adefovir Dipivoxil Tablets for Combination Treatment of Early Liver Cirrhosis after Hepatitis B

目的探讨和分析九味肝泰胶囊与阿德福韦酯片联合治疗乙型肝炎后早期肝硬化的疗效。方法回顾性分析慢性乙型肝炎后早期肝硬化患者180例,随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组90例,口服九味肝泰胶囊,每日三次,每次四片,口服阿德福韦酯片10mg,每日1次。对照组90例,口服一般保肝药物,如护肝片、肝泰乐等,疗程均为6个月。记录和比较两组病例指标,包括治疗后影像学检查的变化,血清肝纤维化指标动态变化及两组不良反应。结果观察组影像学检查的变化及血清肝纤维化指标动态变化在治疗后明显优于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01),比较两组不良反应的发生,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论九味肝泰胶囊与阿德福韦酯片联合治疗乙型肝炎后早期肝硬化有显著的效果,并且减轻了患者的经济负担,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of Jiuwei Gantai capsules and adefovir dipivoxil tablets for combination treatment of early liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B. Methods 180 patients with early liver cirrhosis after chronic hepatitis B were retrospectively analyzed, they were randomly divided into the observation group and control group. 90 patients in observation group were given orally Jiuwei Gantai capsules, three times a day, four tablets one time; and adefovir dipivoxil tablets 10 mg, one time a day. 90 patients in control group were given orally normal liver protection drugs, such as liver slices, Glucurolactone, etc., the course of treatment was 6 months. The indexes including the imaging changes after treatment, dynamic changes of serum liver fibrosis and adverse reactions of two groups were recorded and compared. Results The imaging changes and the dynamic changes of serum liver fibrosis after treatment in the observation group were significantly bettter than the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.01）, adverse events were compared, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Jiuwei Gantai capsules and adefovir dipivoxil tablets for combination treatment of early liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B has significant effect, and it can ease the financial burden of the patients, so it is worth further clinical application.
