喜炎平注射液治疗小儿手足口病临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Xiyanping Injection for the Treatment of Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease in the Children

目的通过对比治疗观察喜炎平注射液对小儿手足口病治疗的效果。方法将我院2009-2010年收治的儿科手足口病患儿152例随机分组为治疗组74例和对照组78例,治疗组患儿给予喜炎平注射液肌注治疗,对照组给予病毒唑治疗,6-10d后观察治疗效果;分别比较有效率和退热时间、皮疹消失时间、白细胞恢复正常时间、肝功能恢复比率、血清心肌蛋白I恢复比率、咽拭子肠道病毒DNA检测转阴率等数据。结果治疗组予以喜炎平注射液进行治疗的患儿状况明显优于对照组病毒唑治疗患儿。结论喜炎平注射液在小儿手足口病治疗上具有明显效果且副作用小,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the effect of Xiyanping injection for the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease in the children by contrast treatments.Methods 152 children with hand,foot and mouth disease who were admitted to department of pediatrics in our hospital from 2009 to 2010 were randomly divided into the treatment group of 74 cases and control group of 78 cases,the treatment group was given Xiyanping intramuscular injection treatment,the control group was given the ribavirin treatment,the treatment effect was observed after 6 - 10 d;efficiency and fever clearance time,the rash disappearance time,white blood cell recovery time,liver function recovery ratio,recovery ratio of serum cardiac protein I,negative rate of throat swab enteroviruses DNA test and other data were respectively compared.Results The conditions of the children in treatment group who received Xiyanping injection treatment were better than the children in control group who received ribavirin treatment.Conclusion Xiyanping injection in the treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease has obvious effects and few side effects,which is worthy of clinical use.
