可乐必妥静脉和静脉口服序贯治疗复杂性尿路感染的疗效和安全性研究

Study on Efficacy and Safety of Levofloxacin in Veins and Venous Oral Sequential Treatment for Complicated Urinary Tract Infection

目的观察可乐必妥静脉和静脉口服序贯治疗尿路感染的疗效与安全性。方法选取2009年12月至2010年12月期间我院复杂性尿路感染患者56例,用随机数字表法将56例患者分为实验组(28例)和对照组(28例)。对照组采用可乐必妥静脉治疗,每天一次,每次500mg,疗程14天;实验组采用静脉口服序贯治疗,先静脉应用可乐必妥治疗7天,然后改为口服治疗7天,每天一次,每次500mg,疗程14天,评估其临床疗效及安全性。结果实验组在治疗后第7、14天临床有效率分别为85.71%和96.43%;对照组分别为89.29%和96.43%。不良反应轻微,在停药后自行消失,不影响治疗。结论可乐必妥静脉口服序贯治疗复杂性尿路感染疗效确切,而且使用安全,费用较低,值得推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of levofloxacin in veins and vein oral sequential treatment for complicated urinary tract infection.Methods 56 patients in our hospital from December 2009 to December 2010 were enrolled in this study,who were randomly divided into two groups according to numerical table.The control group（28 patients） were treated intravenously for 14 days,500 mg once daily;while the experimental group（28 patients） received sequential treatment,first intravenous treatment for 7 days,then oral treatment for 7 days,500 mg once daily,the treatment course was 14 days,then the clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated.Results After treating for 7 days and 14 days,the rate of efficient was 85.71% and 96.43% in the experimental group,while 89.29% and 96.43% in the control group.Adverse reactions were mild,and disappeared after stopping drugs,which did not affect the treatment.Conclusion Levofloxacin in vein oral sequential treatment for complicated urinary tract infection is effective and safe,with lower cost is,wihci is worthy of wide application.
