痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿血乳酸、肌酸激酶水平及其临床意义初探 被引量:3

Primary Investigation on the Level of Blood Lactic Acid and Creatine Kinase in Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy and Its Clinical Significance

摘要 目的观察痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿血乳酸、肌酸激酶(CK)水平,并分析其与大运动功能及痉挛程度的相关性。方法随机选取89例痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿及69例精神发育迟滞患儿,康复治疗前两组均检测其血乳酸及CK水平,对比组间的差异性;采用相关分析方法,分析痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿血乳酸水平与粗大运动功能分级系统(GMFCS)及综合痉挛量表(CSS)评分的关系。结果痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿血乳酸及肌酸激酶水平均高于精神发育迟滞患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),血乳酸水平与GMFCS呈正相关(P<0.01),与CSS评分均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿血乳酸及CK水平高可能与肌肉痉挛有关,血乳酸可在一定程度上反应痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿大运动功能及痉挛程度,可作为参考检验指标。 Objective To observe the level of blood lactic acid and creatine kinase(CK) in children with spastic cerebral palsy and its relationship with gross motor function and spasticity.Methods 89 children with spastic cerebral palsy and 69 children with mental retarda-tion were randomly selected.The levels of blood lactic acid and CK were tested before rehabilitation and the difference was compared be-tween the groups.The relationship was analyzed between the levels of blood lactic acid and gross motor function classification system(GM-FCS) together with comprehensive spasm scale(CSS) scores.Results The levels of blood lactic acid and CK in children with spastic cere-bral palsy were higher than those in children with mental retardation,and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.01).The level of blood lactic acid was positively correlated with the GMFCS(P 0.01) and CSS scores(P 0.05).Conclusions The high levels of blood lac-tic acid and CK in children with spastic cerebral palsy may be related to muscle spasm.Blood lactic acid can response the spasticity and gross motor function of in children with spastic cerebral palsy,it can be used as reference test indicators.
