摘要
目的回顾性分析可疑胎盘植入患者的超声检查及超声声像图特征,归纳有关胎盘植入的超声诊断标准和检查方法,以提高胎盘植入的诊断符合率。方法将患者分组,应用不同的超声方法进行诊断,并将效果进行比较。结果应用经腹+经阴道二维彩色多普勒超声检查和应用普通经腹+经阴道+高频浅表二维彩色多普勒超声检查具有较好诊断效果。结论多种超声检查方法的联合应用能提高胎盘植入的诊断准确率。
Objective To analyze retrospectively the ultrasound and sonographic features of patients with suspected placenta accreta, to summarize the methods of ultrasound diagnosis standards and inspection of placenta accreta in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy of placenta accreta. Methods The patients were grouped, diagnozed with different methods of ultrasound, to compare the effects. Results The application of two-dimensional transabdominal ＋ transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis and general transabdominal ＋ transvaginal ＋ HF superficial two-dimensional transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography had good results. Conclusion The variety of methods combined with ultrasound can improve the diagnostic accuracy of placenta accreta.
