经皮椎体后凸成形术联合鲑鱼降钙素针治疗腰椎压缩骨折67例临床疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察椎体后凸成形术(PKP)联合鲑鱼降钙素针治疗腰椎压缩骨折的疗效。方法我院2007年2月至2011年1月腰椎压缩性骨折老年患者67例,行PKP手术后常规给予鲑鱼降钙素治疗。术前、术后1天及术后3个月分别测量每位患者VAS视觉评分,患椎椎体高度和Cobb's角度。测得数值采用SPSS13.0软件包,进行配对t检验,以P<0.05为具有统计学差异。结果术前、术后1天及术后3个月的VAS评分分别为(8.9±1.1)分、(3.4±0.9)分和(2.7±0.8)分;患椎椎体高度分别为(14.9±4.1)mm、(20.6±3.1)mm和(21.2±3.4)mm;Cobb's角度分别为(27.9±8.2)°、(7.0±3.6)°和(6.7±3.3)°。术前、术后1天在VAS评分和患椎椎体高度经统计学处理,P<0.05;术后1天、术后3个月在Cobb's角度、患椎椎体高度无统计学差异,P>0.05;但在VAS评分上,术后1天、术后3个月存在统计学差异,P<0.05。结论经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗腰椎压缩性骨折疗效显著,同时联合鲑鱼降钙素可以提高远期临床疗效。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with osteocalcin in treating 67 cases with lumbar compression fractures.Methods 67 patients with lumbar compression fractures treated by percutaneous kyphoplasty with osteocalcin in our hospital from February 2007 to January 2011 were observed.The VAS score,vertebral height and Cobb's angle were measured one day pre-and-post-operatively,and 3 months later.SPSS 13.0 by paired t-test was used.Results The VAS score one day of preoperation and postoperation and 3 months was(8.9 ± 1.1) points,(3.4 ± 0.9) points and(2.7 ± 0.8) points;the vertebral heights was(14.9 ± 4.1) mm,(20.6 ± 3.1) mm and(21.2 ± 3.4) mm;Cobb 's angle was(27.9 ± 8.2)°,(7.0 ± 3.6)° and(6.7 ± 3.3)°.The results of VAS score,vertebral height and Cobb 's angle had statistic difference one day pre-and-post-operatively(P 0.05).The results of vertebral height and Cobb 's angle had no statistic difference one day of postoperation and 3 months(P 0.05),but the results had statistic difference in VAS score(P 0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty has significant effect in treating lumbar compression fractures,and the combined treatment with osteocalcin can improve the long-term clinical efficacy.
