青光眼滤过术后低眼压性浅前房40例疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of 40 Cases with Low-tension Shallow Anterior Chamber in Postoperative Glaucoma Filtration

目的探讨小梁切除术后低眼压性浅前房的疗效。方法回顾性总结我院2006年1月至2011年1月收治的205例青光眼手术,其中术后低眼压性浅前房40例,分析其发生程度及原因。结果青光眼术后发生低眼压性浅前房的概率为15.4%。患者术后浅前房的发病率与患者的术前眼压有密切关系,术前眼压〈21mmHg时,发病率为11.5%;眼压在22~35mmHg时,发病率为41.3%,眼压〉35mmHg时,发病率为23.1%（P〈0.05）。与患者术前的疾病类型没有关系（P〉0.05）。结论青光眼手术导致的低眼压性浅前房发生率为19.5%,与患者术前眼压有相关性。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of low-tension shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy.Methods To retrospectively summarize 205 cases of glaucoma surgery from January 2006 to January 2010 in our hospital,among whom 40 cases were low-tension shallow anterior chamber.The extents and causes were analyzed.Results The probability of low-tension shallow anterior chamber after glaucoma surgery was 15.4%.The incidence of low-tension shallow anterior chamber was closely related to patients＇ intraocular pressure before surgery.The incidence of low-tension shallow anterior chamber was 11.5%,41.3% and 23.1% when the intraocular pressure respectively was lower than 21 mm Hg,22 ~ 35 mm Hg,and higher than 35 mm Hg（P 0.05）.The incidence of the disease had no relationship with the type of disease before surgery（P 0.05）.Conclusions The incidence of low-tension shallow anterior chamber caused by glaucoma surgery is 19.5%,which is correlated with intraocular pressure before surgery.
