摘要
目的 评价是超声乳化对角膜内皮的损伤、方法48例(52眼)白内障超声乳化病人在术前及术后1月在非接触式角膜内皮镜下进行计数检查.结果 浅前房下超声对角膜内皮损伤最重(损失率37.6%),前房内超声次之(25%),在稳定的前方下行囊袋内超声对角膜内皮损伤最轻(14.9%)结论 超声乳化对角膜内皮的损伤除与能量的大小及进行超声的时间有关外,还与进行超声的位置及前房稳定性有相当大的关系.
To evaluate the corneal endothelial damage following phacoemusification by the examination of specular photomicroscope Methods 52 eyes were examined by the non - contact specular photomicroscope before operation and one month after phaco. Results The most endothelial cell loss occurred in patients who underwent posterior chamber phaco with shallow anterior chamber (the rate of endothelial cell loss was 37.6%) ,and less cell loss in patients with steady anterior chamber, (25%), the lest cell loss in patient who underwent endo - capsula phaco with steady anterior chamber (14.9%). Conclusion Not only did the endothelial damage following phaco have to do with ultrasonic power and time,but also was quiet related to phaco position and the steadiness of anterior chamber.
