摘要
目的探讨舒适护理对脑出血患者便秘的影响。方法将收治的108例神志清、偏瘫的脑出血患者随机分为观察组55例和对照组53例,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上实施舒适护理。比较两组患者便秘发生率。结果两组患者便秘发生率比较,观察组便秘发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论舒适护理明显减少脑出血患者便秘的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing on constipation of the paUents with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 108 patients who were admitted with clear consciousness, hemiplegia cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the observation group （55 patients） and control group （53 patients）, the control group was given the general nursing, on the basis of that, the observation group was given the comfortable nursing. The incidence of constipation in the two groups was compared. Results By comparison, the incidence of constipation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference（P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The comfortable nursing significantly reduces the occurrence of constipation in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
